Ellen Lupton is a designer, writer and curator. She is director of the Graphic Design MFA program at Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and curator of contemporary design at Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum. She is the author of numerous books on design, including “Design Your Life” (2009).
