‘Creating inHouse: A Year of Change’
In 2008 the idea of change was inescapable. A new president was elected. The economy faltered. And down the street at Target, a new agency was born. The leaders of the Target inHouse team will share their story—how they channeled creativity, worked smarter and more productively and realized the spirit of the agency through a clear vision. They will talk about this reinvention of the in-house agency, and the learning gained in each area: design/art direction, copywriting, interactive, production/production design and creative support.
